The purpose of this posting is not to advertise products for this particular OWB, but to show PROOF that if high levels of government (state and federal) do not get involved there will not be a "self cleansing" of the OWB market.

We also stumbled across a certain individual who represents a certain lobbying group for the OWB companies (name withheld) posting on message boards that being quoted as:

" There are now outdoor wood-fired furnaces that meet US EPA guidelinesfor clean burning. These furnaces are as clean burning as indoor woodstoves. And, EPA certified indoor wood stoves are about 70% efficient(not half as efficient as the article states)."

Well that is wonderful, but the FACTS ARE people are buying the crappy older models of OWBs because they are CHEAPER! When did this so-called super OWB come out? Oh thats right, they are using their thwarted results which they compiled in a lab somewhere. And we all know that the new OWBs are so clean and efficient right?
